Abstract
The article offers information on the interior design concept for the Uptown Kids store in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It cites the work of Elliot + Associates Architects in creating a sophisticated, artful, and thoughtful design for the store. Principal designer Rand Elliot gave the 2,500-square-foot store the ability to be re-arranged in less than two hours by using black steel pipes patterned into grids. The playroom feature of the store keeps children engaged while parents browse the merchandise.
