Response from Miccosukee but not from Seminoles. Miccosukee staff attorney Edward R Ornstein (edwardrornstein@arizona.edu) on 9/20/22 reviewed but did not question successor in interest status on this treaty. But did say the 1866 treaty with Seminoles is not a Miccosukee treaty.
