The Bearing Witness: Oklahoma Afro-Indigenous Freedwomen interactive Restorative Healing Justice Digital Humanities Project is part of  the Bearing Witness Series that employs a Restorative Healing Justice Framework to address the ongoing impact of colonial, historical, and gendered racial traumas. The series celebrates Afro-Indigenous, Black, and Indigenous women by centering their stories and healing activism. Reckoning with historical and ongoing injustices, it cultivates paths toward a just and decolonial future rooted in restoration, reconciliation, and collective planetary well-being.
